Love the fact these old Gas and Oil stations were everywhere at one time, and they started popping up around World War 1, you can tell the age of these kinds of buildings by its brick,archways and bathrooms on the side..and why not go to the County or City Archive and records office and see who owns the lot and when they acquired the site….
One detail to also note the sealing is missing its bead board, and that is the best indication of when it may have been built or it could of been a tin sealing, oh well it has survived the Great Depression and the 1960′s, so it has to become a land mark…Let’s hope so with such a colorful shot like this…Great shot Lyn of Miggys Gas…A/T,Urban Historian…
