The Photo Contest
From Janusry 10, 2011 through February 11, 2011, BFOC and Photopol.us will run a photo contest

Eligibility
In order to submit entries, participants must be at least 18 years of age. Individuals who have, within the past six months, performed services for BFOC, photopol.us or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the prizes, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to receive prizes. By entering, each contestant agrees to be bound by the rules.

Copyright
All entries remain the property of the copyright owner and will only be published on BFOC and photopol.us as part of the photo contest. Finalists will be ask to print, frame and make the image ready to hang on the wall at the exhibit in Dallas during the last weekend of February.

Judging
The winners will be selected by jury from all qualified entries by approximately February 13. The finalists will be notified by e-mail and must meet all eligibility requirements. Decisions of the judges are final.

Prizes
Prizes will only be shipped to addresses within the continental U.S. Prizes are non-transferable. In the event that prize winners do not meet the eligibility requirements, BFOC and photopol.us will award prizes to the next alternates. This process will continue until all prizes are awarded. There may be no cash or other substitutions of prizes by winners. However, BFOC and photopol.us reserve the right to substitute similar prizes in the event a prize is unavailable at the time of distribution.
Prize winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to prizes. BFOC and photopol.us are not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete or misdirected prize shipments.

Release of Liability
Contestants release and hold harmless BFOC and photopol.us and their respective employees and sponsors from and against any and all harm, expense, liability or injury that may be sustained relating to or arising from participation in the photo contest or acceptance or use of prizes.

Unforeseen Events
BFOC and photopol.us reserve the right to change this contest at its sole discretion at any time. BFOC and photopol.us reserve the right to announce any rule changes at any time during the contest. BFOC is not responsible for the inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason.

List of Winners
A winner’s list will be posted on the BFOC and photopol.us websites at the conclusion of the contest.
